Job Description

• Record and monitor the performance of labour, reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure labour movements to sites / farms follow the planned schedule.
• Ensure all equipment, fertilizers, seeds, water sources, fuel, and other resources for maintenance, production, and delivery are available and in good working condition.
• Assist in coordinating trucks for delivery processes.
• Supervise daily tasks of labourers.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain the standard of grass.
• Train, guide, and motivate labourers to achieve productivity targets.
• Ensure labourers follow deadlines, schedules, and target output.
