What you will do :

  • Focus on the acquisition of new business in growing the SME / commercial lending portfolio with the objective to meet personal targets and department targets.
  • Enhance the profitability of existing customer portfolio through a variety of products offered.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the drawdown of facilities, maximize process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide updates on customer level information to relevant parties in the organization.
  • Identify new opportunities on latest industry trends to increase revenue growth of the company.
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Min 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in SME / commercial.
  • Knowledgeable in sales for SME banking / trade finance products / commercial.
  • Possesses basic business acumen and familiar with SME client financing needs, issues, trends, and policies in the country.
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and risk management.
  • Strong initiative and positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment and integrity.
  • Analytical and able to think strategically.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia as well as Mandarin to cater for our Chinese market.
  • Must possess own transport as this job requires a lot of traveling.
