Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of accounting principles, be able to handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and assist in preparing financial reports accurately and timely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment transactions.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
• Support preparation of management reports and financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of accounting documents.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and shareholders when required.
