Job Description

We are looking for highly committed and hands-on Site Supervisors (Overhead Lines) to join our team for the implementation of TNB substation projects. The selected candidates will be involved in supervising daily construction activities for substation switchyards and buildings, ensuring strict compliance with project timelines, technical drawings, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the electrical construction works of TNB substation projects.
• Assist Project Managers / Consultants in monitoring and controlling project progress within the targeted timeline.
• Ensure all construction works meet technical and safety standards.
• Monitor and control subcontractor performance, material quality, and machinery output to achieve high work efficiency and compliance.
• Address and resolve any issues affecting construction progress promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all site activities and project records.
• Play an active role in supporting the project management team in site execution and document management.
