Sales Support Technical Engineer

Job descriptionCollaborate with sales personnel to clarify incomplete specifications and ensure all necessary details are gathered. Assist in the price requisition process, ensuring timely and accurate pricing information is available. Create codes for materials purchased externally by sales and branch offices. Translate raw materials and finished goods acquired from MayAir China for integration into our SAP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Minimum Diploma, preferably in an Engineering or related field. Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese colleagues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. What's your expected monthly basic salary?
