To conduct overall assessment on service performances through the right collaborative framework with Rapid Rail by promoting operational efficiencies, enhance relationship with regulatory bodies and manage railway improvement projects to improve railway services Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM). To conduct railway improvement projects to improve railway services Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) through means of Data Analytics, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI / ML).
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate on RAM Performance data collection, analysis and its findings / recommendations.
- Coordinate the implementation of recommendations for improvements to ensure the safe operations and maintenance of rail.
- Coordinate and monitor progress of any changes required by operation and / or system that may improve railway services overall operational.
- Conduct the RAM Performance analysis to ensure it is under continuous review, monitoring and update.
- Coordinate the management of RAM initiatives and coordination with Transformation Management Office (TMO) for successful implementation to deliver the MKBF Performance target.
- Assist Line Manager to manage RAM Performance update to Management and BOD.
- Coordinate internal and external interfaces as and when necessary.
- Analyze any occurrence of accidents, incidents, near misses and other risky occurrences, are investigated and acted upon in a timely manner and with each root cause analysis concluded and to ensure that any recommendations / findings are implemented.
- Assist Line Manager to manage and assist in other rail transit project on need basis.
- Manage RAM projects and consultancy services.
- Coordinate the Failure Review Panel (FRP) meeting and its sub-committee, ensuring the need and information required by FRP is fulfilled.
- Manage and execute any task or asignment assigned by Line Manager.
Data Analytic Scope
Develop and manage of BI dashboards, ensuring integration between Upstream and Downstream operations.Collaborate with various business units to identify reporting requirements and provide actionable insights.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across BI reports, supporting the validation and testing of new reports and dashboards.Contribute to the development and execution of a long-term BI strategy aligned with the company’s data and analytics vision.Data Science and Machine Learning (AI / ML) Scope
Design, develop, and deploy of predictive models to enhance train Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business opportunities and challenges through data science, AI / ML solutions.Support end-to-end data science, AI / ML projects including data preparation, model building, testing, deployment and post-implementation reviews.Ensure the scalability and robustness of machine learning models in decision-making processes.Work closely with the BI and analytics teams to ensure data alignment and integration.Design, develop, and deploy of software applications and systems to support business operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications and systems within the organization's infrastructure.Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent.Minimum 1 years of experience in Railway Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, AI / ML.Familiarity in System Assurance covering Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS).Experienced and / or certified in any data analytics and data scientists tools. Experience in railway related projects.Attended courses related to Railway RAMS (Intermediate & Advance), FRACAS, FMECA, Safety Integrity Level, Risk Assessment, RAMS Prediction, Fault Tree Analysis.Good proficiency with SQL, Python, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power Platform, Databases (MySQL, Azure, OneLake), BI Tools (Microsoft PowerBI), System Development (HTML, PHP, Power Apps), ML frameworks (Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, scikit-learn, MLFlow).#J-18808-Ljbffr
