Senior Associate - Engineering Analytics

To conduct overall assessment on service performances through the right collaborative framework with Rapid Rail by promoting operational efficiencies, enhance relationship with regulatory bodies and manage railway improvement projects to improve railway services Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM). To conduct railway improvement projects to improve railway services Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) through means of Data Analytics, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI / ML).

Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate on RAM Performance data collection, analysis and its findings / recommendations.
• Coordinate the implementation of recommendations for improvements to ensure the safe operations and maintenance of rail.
• Coordinate and monitor progress of any changes required by operation and / or system that may improve railway services overall operational.
• Conduct the RAM Performance analysis to ensure it is under continuous review, monitoring and update.
• Coordinate the management of RAM initiatives and coordination with Transformation Management Office (TMO) for successful implementation to deliver the MKBF Performance target.
• Assist Line Manager to manage RAM Performance update to Management and BOD.
• Coordinate internal and external interfaces as and when necessary.
• Analyze any occurrence of accidents, incidents, near misses and other risky occurrences, are investigated and acted upon in a timely manner and with each root cause analysis concluded and to ensure that any recommendations / findings are implemented.
• Assist Line Manager to manage and assist in other rail transit project on need basis.
• Manage RAM projects and consultancy services.
• Coordinate the Failure Review Panel (FRP) meeting and its sub-committee, ensuring the need and information required by FRP is fulfilled.
• Manage and execute any task or asignment assigned by Line Manager.
