Job Description & Summary

Our Digital Assurance and Transparency practice (DAT) is at the forefront of innovation, supporting delivery of quality, tech-enabled solutions focused on trust and transparency, and value-added growth in business and social issues relevant to our clients. You will work closely with clients, your Digital Assurance and Transparency team, and external audit teams to understand their systems and technologies, and how to mitigate risks.

As a Digital Assurance and Transparency professional, you'll focus on quality, value, innovation, emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, digital assets), and growth. Your role involves evaluating controls' design and operating effectiveness, providing insights into business processes and technology, conducting controls and transaction testing, and performing readiness assessments, especially related to emerging technologies such as cloud, AI, and cryptocurrencies.

You will review finance, operations, and technology processes, including monitoring controls over third-party providers, and may provide assurance over service organizations across ecosystems. Collaboration across segments, sectors, and specialty teams is key, with opportunities to work on diverse projects. You will drive innovation and enhance the future of end-to-end audits through technology, emphasizing quality and value.

As a Manager, you'll be a problem solver, helping to resolve complex issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities include developing new skills, resolving team issues, coaching others, analyzing complex ideas, using data for decision-making, and managing stakeholder viewpoints. Upholding PwC's ethics and business conduct standards is essential.

Minimum Qualifications : Chartered Accountant or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration / Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. Credentials such as Chartered Accountant, CISA, or CPA (e.g., ACCA) are required. A minimum of seven years relevant experience in auditing, IT controls, consulting, or IT solutions is expected. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Skills & Experience : Proven success in controls around financial reporting, compliance, operational processes, business process, and IT management controls. Experience with financial reporting and IT risks, processes, controls, and frameworks like COSO, CoBIT, ITIL. Leadership in IT controls assurance, project management, client interfacing, and team leadership are crucial. Knowledge of emerging technologies (cloud, Oracle, SAP, cybersecurity, etc.) is preferred.

Additional Details : Full-time, mid-senior level position in assurance within the professional services industry. No visa sponsorship or government clearance required. Travel not specified. Languages : English required.
