Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Operation Manager / Executive to join our dynamic team at Kanika (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Rawang, Selangor. As a full-time Warehouse Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehousing and distribution operations.

Warehouse Operation Manager oversees, outstation warehouse, and manages all aspects of a warehouse's operations, including inventory management, logistics deliveries, and staff supervision, to ensure efficient and safe handling of goods. Key responsibilities include coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

We are seeking a reliable Manager to oversee the overall operations of the warehouse team. The Manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage goods and the distribution of goods in the system FIFO. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese verbally.

5S management technique, which promotes organization, cleanliness, and efficiency. It\'s a system that helps to create a more organised and productive workspace by implementing five key principles : Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, operations, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
• Arrange warehouse, categorize the racking of goods, plan routes, and process.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Supervise and ensure good work distribution among warehouse workers and ensure work is carried out effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor the finished goods to ensure SOP of the system FIFO (first in and first out).
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Coordinating the movement and storage of goods to optimise warehouse efficiency.
• Supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer service.
• Implementing and monitoring safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
• Generating and analysing reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Able to communicate tasks in Chinese Mandarin or texting.
