QA Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Responsibilities :

• Working with operating staff to ensure procedures and standards needed for the QMS are established, implemented and assure ongoing compliance.
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality. Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation.
• Liaise with the notified body / ExCB responsible for the assessment of the quality system with respect to intended updating of the quality system.
• Determine, negotiate and agree on in‑house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements (ISO / PED / ATEX / IECEx).
• Monitor and arrange for preventive maintenance activities. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions through investigation of customer complaints and non‑conformance issues.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties and responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time.
• Promote ISO 9001, other relevant quality, product standard and certification maintained by Company.
