QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer

Bachelor Degree of Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, Sciences or equivalent.

Those with experience in the manufacturing quality control will have an added advantage.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.

Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Job scope

• Handles and coordinate all QA issues and problem‑solving activities.
• Handle customers' complaints, support customer service, and maintain good relationships with the customers.
• Involved internal QA process audits, ISO audits, product safety audits & external customer audits.
• Supervise the QC Technicians and Inspectors on the QA activities (Inspection, repair machine & Equipment Calibration).
• Conduct root cause analysis and make recommendations for yield and productivity improvements.
• Process review & coordinate with related PIC to improve process.
• Set up new model inspection plan & perform reliability test.
• Coordinate new model process buy‑off and the validation of product quality.
• RoHS & REACH compliance verification.
• Make sure production follows UL, TUV & other related product safety regulations.
