Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and mailing.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Assist with preparing basic documents or reports when required.
  • Support office staff with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
