Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and direct incoming phone calls.Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and mailing.Sort and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.Assist with preparing basic documents or reports when required.Support office staff with other clerical and administrative tasks as needed.Benefits
