Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support our online sales and digital operations. You will assist in managing product listings, monitoring website performance, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to drive online revenue.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Monitor inventory levels, update stock information, and ensure product availability online.
• Ensure product content (titles, descriptions, images, tags) is accurate, optimised, and up-to-date.
• Assist in executing online marketing campaigns (email, SEO, Google Ads, social media).
• Track and report on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Handle basic customer queries related to online orders and escalate issues when needed.
• Research and analyse competitor activity and industry trends.
