Founded by mums for mums in 2012, Happikiddo is a Malaysian baby concept store dedicated to making parents excited and kids happy. We offer a wide range of cool products and value-added services for mums, babies, and children through our 7 retail outlets and webstore. Our mission is to provide quality and convenience to meet the diverse needs of families.

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to support our online sales and digital operations. You will assist in managing product listings, monitoring website performance, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to drive online revenue.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor inventory levels, update stock information, and ensure product availability online.
  • Ensure product content (titles, descriptions, images, tags) is accurate, optimised, and up-to-date.
  • Assist in executing online marketing campaigns (email, SEO, Google Ads, social media).
  • Track and report on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
  • Handle basic customer queries related to online orders and escalate issues when needed.
  • Research and analyse competitor activity and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar field (internships accepted).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or retail industry is a plus.
