Job Responsibilities :
- Efficiently run equipment and machines used in seafood processing, including cutting, sorting, packing, and sealing machines.
- Inspect seafood for quality standards, removing any substandard items or contaminants.
- Follow strict hygiene practices, including wearing personal protective equipment and cleaning work areas and tools regularly.
- Safely load, unload, and handle seafood products in various stages of processing, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste.
- Record relevant data on product output, quality checks, and other production metrics.
- Work closely with other operators, supervisors, and quality control staff to meet production targets.
Requirements :
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads (subject to job specifics), and perform repetitive tasks.High level of accuracy in following processing protocols and quality standards.Willingness to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including adherence to company hygiene policies.Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and sanitation regulations is helpful.Availability for different shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime, as needed by production demands.Qualifications : Not specified
