Overview
Assists the Facilities Manager / Coordinator in providing facilities support and service to Clients in their own designated role.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on process equipment and control elements
- Calibrate various types of process equipment and control elements to include electronic, pneumatic, temperature, pressure, level, flow, weight, and weighing systems, wireless instrumentation, analytical devices, NIST Standards
- Provide troubleshooting, repair of SCADA, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs)
- Provide detailed documentation of all calibration, troubleshooting, and repair activities
- Issue / complete job hazard analysis / safe work permits (hot work, excavating, confined space, hazardous atmosphere, etc)
- Adhere to Safety and Environmental requirements
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, job plans and / or equipment manuals to perform work
- Responsible for maintaining training curriculum requirements
- Maintain required Instrumentation Qualifications
- Develop knowledge and skills needed to perform job as required by the area of responsibility
