Client Support Specialist

Location : Medini Iskandar Puteri Johor

Job Scope :

Handle inbound calls regarding customer inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and issues related to company products.

Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service and accurate information.

Requirements :

At least SPM qualification. Compulsory pass sejarah

Proficient in English (ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage).

Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Full training provided for those new to the call center industry.

Must be willing to work in Medini Iskandar Puteri Johor.

Benefits & Salary

RM Basic salary start with RM1900 (Based on Project) + Shift

Each shift consists of 9 working hours, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Willing to work on rotational shifts and off days (5.5 / 6 working days per week).
