Our Client :

We are partnering with a US based MNC that specializes in manufacturing advanced porous material solutions. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Senior Process Engineer as part of their strategic growth.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute process validation, equipment qualification, and new product introduction activities.
• Implement process control systems based on PFMEA and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Kaizen and DMAIC methodologies.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and risk assessments (FMEA) to resolve production or quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to enhance process performance.
• Provide technical guidance and training to production teams on process and quality methodologies.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations aligned with ISO, safety, and regulatory requirements.
