Job descriptionAdhere to the sales process. Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery. Follow-up on delivery satisfaction. Ensure proper collections and compliance. Follow relevant government regulations. Attend sales training as nominated. Understand market penetration strategies. Collaborate on pricing and discounts. Be familiar with vehicle range and product details. Know and follow company sales policies. Conduct yourself with integrity and tact. Engage only in company business. Attend to customers promptly and handle complaints. Perform showroom duties and maintain cleanliness. Ensure environment, safety, and health standards. Promote and sell insurance and other company products.

Sales Funnel Management
- Generate and capture leads in the funnel (volume).
- Convert leads to achieve sales targets (efficiency).
- Capture accurate customer information (transparency).
- Maintain records and report daily to supervisor / Manager.
- Retain and update customer info to support CRM initiatives.
- Ask for referrals from prospects.
- Log all prospective buyers and methods as advised.
- Ensure records and systems are maintained and updated.
- Follow-up on selling aspects like test drives, offers, delivery, and surveys.
