Lead Team Sales (TS)
- Lead and monitor Team Sales Leaders.
- Ensure team KPIs and monthly targets are achieved.
Train, Develop and Motivate Sales Team
Provide continuous training to HQ and sub-branch sales teams.Train in closing, pitching, and negotiation skills.Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly review sessions.Provide coaching and support to both Sales Teams and Marketers.Monitor Marketers (Leads)
Oversee marketer performance in generating leads through ads and campaigns.Ensure lead quality is suitable for conversion into sales.Maintain Relationships & Partnerships
Foster good relationships with customers, agents, and affiliates.Support the development and management of the agent / affiliate communityJob Requirements
Education : Diploma / Degree in Business Studies / Business Administration or any field relatedExperience : 5 yearsâ experience in Sales and 3-5 yearsâ experience in managing Sales Team or AgentsRequired skills : E-commerce Sales, Sales Management, Business Development, Market AnalysisVery attractive & dedication personStrong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Familiar with digital marketing, lead generation, conversion funnel (closing sale by whatsapp), chatbots, wasapboat, Tiktok, ShoppeData-driven mindsetAbility to analyze sales reports, KPIs, and market insightsJob Benefits
