Job Description :
- Analyse sales figures, customers reactions & market trends (market survey) to anticipate product needs
- Plan & develop product ranges that balances customers' expectations and company's objectives
- Designing apparel, artworks, determining fabrication & accessories, choosing colours and confirming lab-dips
- Sampling process including confirming samples & bulk accessories
- Price negotiation with suppliers and placing of orders
- Distribution of merchandisers to stores
- QC Inspection
- Other tasks related from time to time
