STMicroelectronics (Malta) Ltd. is seeking to engage a Senior Technician within its Quality Department.

The main role of the job holder shall be to perform Audit and all related activities.

The senior technician shall be working in 4 shift pattern “Day (6h00 AM - 6h00 PM), Day (6h00 AM - 6h00 PM), Rest, Off”.

Duties & Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• To Perform the audit with single or multiple audit sessions and create the report, either on Shopfloor Audit than VDA Audit.
• Manage the communication with all stakeholders of Audits both internal of Malta site such as Maintenance, Process, Manufacturing , Quality, NPI, Facilities, Wharehouse and external such as Division Quality, Division Business Unit , Field Quality Services, Central BEM Quality, GQR.
• Building Audit program following the guidelines and criteria by Central BEM
• To PromoteQuality mindset to all work counterparts.
• To fan out the corrective actions to other BEM sites.
• To fan in the corrective actions defined in other sites (Proliferation Programs)
• To calculate the Quality Audit KPI and to Determine actions to get KPI at target
• To group the findings to determine the Top Offender.
• To create teams with Top Offenders Team Owner to work on the Root Cause Analysis.
• Recording and accessing data in Auditool and eCare system.
