IT Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.   Assist user on hardware or software issue.

2.   Develop and maintain internal and external web projects.

3.   Researching the latest technologies and utilizing relevant tools in development work as needed.

4.   Provide maintenance support to Manufacturing ERP system, Back-office system and Front-end system, including Active directory and client management system.

5.   Managing and support for network engineering equipment.

6.   To coordinate mock run or test on new system implementation.

7.   Basic support for all corporate users.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

1.   Managing and integrating organization's business system.

2.   Provide software support for all corporate users and central support services.

3.   Develop / implement technologies / products to support organization's strategy.

4.   Provide technical advice to ensure effective access privileges for resource link.

5.   Monitor website traffic and troubleshoot website problem.

6.   Responsible for compliance with all relevant legislation and organization policies / procedures.

Requirements and skills :

• Diploma, Advanced / Higher in Computer Science / Information Technology or Equivalent.
• Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years' experience in similar fields.
• Experience with MySQL, HTMLS, ASP.NET, JQuery, PHP, VB and Javascript.
• Knowledge of Crystal Report is an added advantage.
• Able to work under minimal supervision and provide regular updates on task assigned.
• Able to work independently and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills and able to work with all levels of staffs.
