Telemarketer (Outbound Calling & Lead Generation)

Time : 9am-6pm

We're looking for a Telemarketer (Outbound Calling & Lead Generation) to join our client's growing team and help drive business success through proactive engagement and professional customer outreach.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to business leads provided by the client.
• Use client‑provided CRM systems, VoIP tools (e.g., Aircall), and Excel for lead management.
• Log call outcomes accurately and update lead information in the CRM.
• Communicate directly with the client for product knowledge, updates, and instructions.
• Uphold professionalism and excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Adhere to data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).
• Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
