Job descriptionAnalyze operational processes to improve efficiency and value for money. Enhance customer experience by optimizing UI / UX on our technology platforms. Implement innovative solutions that provide quality with lasting success. Prioritize and guide software development features in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Troubleshoot and address customer feedback related to our loyalty app and e-commerce web app. Test and evaluate new machinery for durability, performance, and customer satisfaction. Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes. Work alongside the owner to explore new machines and technological advancements. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields. Proven experience in R&D, innovation, or product management roles. Strong problem-solving skills with a resilient mindset : "I can always find a solution." Commitment to personal growth and continuous learning. Results-driven with a track record of achieving goals.
