Test Technician Roles :

Shift – based roles (rotating / fixed shifts) Candidate who can join immediately or on short notice are highly preferred

Qualification :

a. Diploma / Associate Degree in Electrical or Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field

b. 1+ years of hands-on experience in lab or manufacturing environment

c. Fresh graduate are encouraging to apply

Key Responsibilities :

a. Execute electrical and functional testing on the battery cells

b. Understand and follow test procedures and safety protocols

c. Set up and operate lab / test equipment (e.g. battery charge / discharge system, multimeters. Power supplies)

d. Perform basic soldering, crimping and cable assembly as needed

e. Record and monitor test data accurately; escalate anomalies to engineers

f. Assist routine cleaning and equipment preventive maintenance.

General Requirements :

Flexible to support shifts

Ability to understand test objectives and deliver accurate timely results.

Good communications and report writing skill

1. Priority to hire for fast track-on boarding

a. Fresh graduate who can be trained, learned and perform testing in the fast pace work environment.

b. Fundamental knowledge in electrical and electronic understanding.

c. Minimum diploma in technical field.

d. Experience with handling testing equipment's, data acquisitions system and basic skill in instrumentation and measurements.

e. Good communication and report writing skills
