DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who’s passionate about social media and building strong online communities. If you enjoy working directly with influencers and affiliates, managing campaigns, and driving brand growth on Xiao Hong Shu, this role is perfect for you! You’ll be the key person connecting our brand with influencers and affiliates, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution—all while sharpening your skills in digital marketing. Responsibilities : Influencer & Affiliate Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for Xiao Hong Shu content creators and affiliates. Recruit new influencers and affiliates, introduce them to the brand, and provide necessary onboarding and support. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners by providing timely updates, marketing materials, and resources. Campaign Coordination & Execution Coordinate sample deliveries and ensure accurate tracking of product receipt and post uploads. Monitor influencers and affiliates activities to ensure brand alignment and compliance with campaign terms. Follow up on deliverables and provide support to creators throughout the campaign lifecycle. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze the performance of influencers and affiliates. Prepare monthly reports, reconcile affiliate sales data, and recommend improvements for future campaigns. Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Creative, Sales) to align Xiao Hong Shu efforts with broader brand and business objectives. Assist in developing and executing Xiao Hong Shu-specific marketing strategies. Requirements : Diploma or Degree holder. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (some relevant internship experience is a plus). Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required, as this role involves communication on a Chinese-language platform. Comfortable using and navigating social media platforms (especially Xiao Hong Shu). Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel and digital tools to manage databases. Seniority level :
