Job description

Key Responsibilities

Brand building & Positioning
Develop and define the brand's voice, identity and market positioning
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all platforms

2. Marketing strategy Development

Design and execute short and long term marketing strategies to grow awareness and customer loyalty

Identify and analyze market trends, customer insight and competitor activity

3. Community & Engagement

Build and nurture strong customer community ("brand tribe") through engaging initiatives, events and online presence

Create programs that encourage advocacy, loyalty and word-of-mouth growth

4. Narrative & Storytelling

Develop compelling stories and campaigns that connect with customers

Translate the brand's mission and values into impactful content across digital and offline channels

5. Growth & Performance

Design marketing funnels to attract, engage and retain customers

Track and measure campaign performance, using data to refine strategies
