Translate customer insights, trends, and product USPs into performance-driven ad concepts and brand campaigns.
Develop creative frameworks (UGC scripts, TikTok hooks, testimonial angles, product demos) that can be repeatedly tested and scaled.Continuously study consumer psychology, competitor brands, and global DTC creative trends to stay ahead.Ad & Content Development
Write ad briefs, hooks, and scripts for Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.Collaborate with videographers, editors, influencers, and designers to execute high-performing creative assets.Adapt storytelling for different funnel stages (TOF awareness, MOF education, BOF conversion).Testing & Optimization
Lead structured creative testing cycles with the Growth Strategist.Analyze performance data (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS) to identify winning creative elements.Build a Creative Hit System — ensuring a steady flow of new ads, with a clear hit rate tracking process.Brand & Storytelling
Safeguard HiBlendrâs brand voice while optimizing for performance marketing.Create narratives that elevate the brand beyond functional benefits, positioning IT as part of a wellness lifestyle ecosystem.Ensure creatives connect emotionally with customers, not just rationally.Job Requirements
Minimum education is Secondary School or higher2â5 years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or brand storytelling (e-commerce / DTC preferred).Strong ability to conceptualize ideas from insights and data.Hands-on experience writing scripts, hooks, and ad copy for high-performing campaigns.Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, and influencer-led UGC trends.Analytical + creative hybrid mindset can both ideate and interpret data.Job Benefits
