Responsibilities
- Control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of available products in all menus, and operating supplies
- Control and manage the tools and equipment stocks – making sure they are handled and used efficiently, carefully, stored properly and monitors the number and does a monthly inventory.
- Ensure the correct standards and methods of service are maintained in the bakery department
- Help maintain the Hygiene and Cleanliness of the Baker compartment
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements
At least a Culinary Diploma from a recognized hospitality / tertiary institution with Bakery-related qualifications.At least 1-2 year of similar experience in established bakeries, particularly those specializing in French pastries or artisanal breadsPreferred mandarin speaking candidate due to job role for internal communicationWEBSITE :
