We are looking for experienced beauticians or skincare professionals who are passionate about sharing their beauty knowledge. You will conduct hands‑on product and treatment training for salon partners, beauty advisors, and customers. Ideal for someone who enjoys both performing treatments and coaching others.

Job Description

• To work closely with the Manager and internal departments to support the education department objectives.
• To conduct training and seminars on the products & treatments to support the dealers or customers patronizing our products & treatments.
• Propose and implement a feasible marketing plan on the products to help lift sales.
• Conduct panel tests on new products, market research, competitors’ analysis, and solicit relevant information to prepare a solid Product presentation for both new and existing products, updating it from time to time to ensure relevance and as deemed required.
• Maintain positive working relationships with company customers.
• Uphold company & brand image of professionalism.
• Design and implement in‑house training and coaching sessions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end training including training schedule, training room set‑up, material preparation and conduct training.
• Keep up to date with developments in training & research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
