Operations Director, F&B Group

Overview

We are an international trading company specialising in engineering products; that have been established for more than 30 years. Our office is based in Section 13, Petaling Jaya.

Job Summary :

The Operations Director, F&B Group reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Operations Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the F&B group's brands and outlets. This senior leadership role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, improve profitability, and ensure a consistently high standard of service and quality across all locations. The Operations Director will lead teams in areas such as outlet management, supply chain, quality control, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Financial Management

Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's business goals.

Establish and enforce consistent operational standards and procedures across all outlets.

Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
