Job descriptions :

• Assisting and supporting the SQA team on project tracking and software quality initiatives.
• Assisting and supporting Dept on change management request, tracking, communicating and updating of status.
• Assisting and supporting Dept on new joiner onboarding journey.
• Assist in ensuring compliance of project documents submission, audit and updating of document templates.
• Organizing departmental meetings and recording of meetings minutes.
• Perform office administrative tasks such as claims, Job Orders / Completion, Purchase Orders, financial billing, asset & discard management, travel request and contract renewals.
