1. Working with the existing business to support the day to day operation for Last Mile Operation as well as customs clearance in Malaysia. Scope of work includes : monitoring service provider daily KPI, working with the team in setting up the last mile operation planning, API UAT arrangement, working with local transportation service partner for last mile and customs clearance for cross border shipments
2. Follow up with internal Customer Service team to resolve customers complain by mediating with Malaysia Service Provider.
3. Data analysis - to identify root cause of service failure, trouble shoot and be able to communicate with the team.
4. Problem solving - would be able to point out operational issue and get that resolved jointly with the team
5. Other work arranged by the line manager.
