IT Business Analyst

Overview

Marsh McLennan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join our Technology team. Based in Kuala Lumpur; hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office. This role supports the development and delivery of online medical claims and member enrollment solutions for Korea and Japan. You will collaborate with business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to identify business needs, define process requirements and system specifications, and implement the solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories, ensuring successful delivery of product solutions.
• Provide traceability of business requirements to IT solutions and ensure system testing covers existing and future capabilities.
• Analyze, design, redesign, and document “as is” and “to be” business processes.
• Ensure documentation is thorough, accurate, and adheres to standards, including process maps and user stories.
• Ensure the development team has a clear understanding of the requirements.
• Support testing and validation of product features to meet business needs.
• Conduct or facilitate acceptance testing with the user community, including developing UAT test scenarios and scripts.
• Develop and deliver training and materials, providing support to end-users and internal teams.
• Partner with Business / IT to define and manage scope for each release.
• Support the product lifecycle from planning to deployment, including prioritization and backlog grooming.
