Overview A Facility Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure of a facility. Duties And Responsibilities Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Perform regular checks on facilities and equipment to identify potential problems and schedule necessary repairs. Oversee the maintenance and functioning of building systems like heating, air conditioning, lighting, and water systems. Complete a variety of general repair tasks, including carpentry, painting, and equipment maintenance. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to relevant safety regulations and standards. Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports as needed.
