Job descriptionHandle and respond promptly to all sales leads and enquiries from in-bound phone calls, emails, and the company website.Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through effective communication, trust, and excellent service standards.Understand clients' objectives and event requirements thoroughly; propose suitable venue packages and related services to meet their goals within budget constraints.Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and packages tailored to client needs.Coordinate and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners for quotations, venue site visits (recce), bookings, and other event-related arrangements.Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless end-to-end project management and a positive client experience.Work closely with the operations and venue management teams to ensure that event setups and requirements are executed accurately and on time.Maintain accurate records of all leads, sales activities, and client interactions in the company's CRM system.Ensure timely preparation and issuance of quotations, invoices, and collection of payments according to company SOPs.Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of iSpace Venue ).Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Assist in planning and participating in marketing activities, promotional events, or venue open days when required.Provide feedback to management on client needs, service issues, and opportunities for venue or service improvements.
