We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in the development and management of in-house brands across multiple categories, including Wellness Supplements, Pet Care & Food, Footwear, Personal Care, Fragrance, and Confectionery. Our primary sales channels are e-commerce platforms, with TikTok Shop emerging as our most dynamic growth platform.
In addition to in-house brand development, we also provide external services including TikTok Shop Management, Livestream Planning, and TikTok Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Research global and local footwear trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity
- Provide insights on new styles, colors, and materials that align with seasonal fashion directions.
- Develop seasonal product assortment plans based on sales forecasts and trend analysis.
- Work closely with designers, suppliers, and brands to source new collections.
- Ensure product range caters to different customer segments and price points.
- Monitor stock levels, sell-through rates, and reorder opportunities.
- Manage product lifecycle, new launches, replenishment, markdowns, and clearance.
- Prepare weekly / monthly sales and inventory performance reports.
- Coordinate on campaign planning, photoshoots and promotional launches.
- Provide input on product display and online listing presentation to maximize conversion.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, e-commerce, or category management (Fresh Graduates and welcome to apply)Strong fashion sense with ability to identify trends and adapt them to local markets.Strong interest and understanding of TikTok, livestream commerce, and e-commerce marketing.Creative, data-driven, and detail oriented.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to balance creativity with commercial awareness.Job Type : Full-time
