Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and obtain customer information in a timely manner through calls, emails, and other contact tools.
- Resolve customer complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Record and submit customer complaints using the internal system according to the provided SOP.
Job Requirements
Diploma and aboveExcellent English and Malay communication skills (written, verbal, listening)1-2 years of BPO experience will be an added advantage.Customer-oriented mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, willing to learn and a team player.Proficiency in office software and computer operationAbility to work in a fast-paced working environment and work under pressureJob Type
