Equipment Maintenance Technician Job Description : As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will maintain tools on a media manufacturing production line. You should work independently, take initiative, collaborate well, and be willing to learn. Flexibility to work 12-hour AWS shifts and overtime is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Perform preventive maintenance according to the schedule, document checks, and maintain records. Inspect and service production equipment to ensure optimal performance, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control issues. Support process improvements, provide technical training, and assist with machine upgrades and projects. Qualifications : Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronic / Electromechanical, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing, especially with vacuum chamber systems. Knowledge of control systems, PLCs, measurement tools, and troubleshooting schematics. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills. Skills : Experience with sputtering or vacuum systems.
