Overview
Assist engineers in setting up, optimizing, and validating PCB manufacturing processes to ensure stable production performance. Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. Support new product introduction (NPI), process transfer activities, and documentation preparation, including trial runs and reports. Monitor process parameters, yield, and defects to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, train operators, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.

Qualifications
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Technician in PCB or Electronic Manufacturing industry.Hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting, process control, and data analysis.Good problem-solving skills, teamwork attitude, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.Able to work shifts or overtime when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
