Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the logistics team in the areas of planning, execution, and performance improvement to provide best in class user experience.
- Streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the logistics team i.e. centralise the system handling, configurations, and process standardization.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects and initiatives, including regional efforts, to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across logistics operations.
- Provide operational support and be on standby during major campaign periods to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of logistics issues.
- Actively communicate to the affected stakeholders via various channels to manage expectations.
- Negotiate for tighter thresholds, implement key initiatives to improve delivery time, lost & damage, RTS rate.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements in logistics operations.
- Act as the custodian of the Shopee logistics long tail performance, adhering to processes to ensure effective order management.
- Daily review and management of seller shipping applications, communication with the cross‑functional team.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Drive data‑driven analysis to support business decisions for identifying cost‑saving opportunities, process improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in E‑commerce, operations, logistics, or process improvement is an added advantage.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to deal with large‑scale data and analyze trends.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.High attention to detail, strong ownership, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.Seniority level
