Job descriptionMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience creating UGC games on platforms such as Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite, or other sandbox environments. A proven portfolio, with at least one published UGC game (work samples required). Proficiency in relevant development tools and programming environments (e.g., Roblox Studio, Fortnite Creative). Strong creativity and problem-solving skills in gameplay design. Ability to commit to an 8-hour workday with flexibility to coordinate across time zones. Familiarity with additional UGC platforms beyond those listed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop user-generated content (UGC) games using platform-specific tools.
- Debug and resolve gameplay issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and optimize games based on technical, creative, and player feedback.
