Overview

Join our international Talent Acquisition team and take the lead in hiring top talent for IT roles. In this position, you will manage the full recruitment process – from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through interviews and supporting offer stages. You’ll connect with professionals in software development and IT infrastructure, conduct market research, run direct searches, and build strong candidate relationships. Your daily work will include pre-screening, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate data in our systems, and ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
