We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to join our insurance technology team in Malaysia. This role focuses on managing, optimizing, and securing our hybrid cloud infrastructure to support critical insurance applications such as policy administration, claims processing, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cloud platforms, automation, and infrastructure‑as‑code, with an understanding of the security and compliance requirements of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform to host insurance applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Manage and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability for key services.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance across policy, claims, and billing systems.
• Enforce cloud security best practices, identity and access management, and compliance with insurance industry regulations.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and backup strategies for sensitive insurance data and business applications.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to support CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments.
• Optimize cloud costs through right‑sizing, resource scheduling, and performance analysis.
