Position : Research Analyst

We are looking for a Research Analyst who demonstrates strength in qualitative and / or quantitative research, is willing to sharpen existing competencies, and is proficient in data‑driven analysis and analytics & data science.

Responsibilities

• Possess an interest in policy research and explore the causes and potential solutions to issues in the field.
• Process research datasets including data cleaning, validation, and produce appropriate outputs for findings.
• Use analytical expertise to define research requirements for colleagues and the research team.
• Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations for clients.
• Show expertise in facets of media research, including audience measurement and current issues and trends.
• Analyze, interpret, and visualize data with client needs in mind.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with data analysis and report research findings.
• Deploy online survey research and analysis.
• Work collaboratively with the research team to craft data‑driven, insightful, and visually compelling research reports.
• Stay updated on the latest changes to digital platforms and communicate implications across the organisation.
• Undertake all regular reporting as required, ensuring reports are consistent, clear, accurate, and timely.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the line manager on a permanent or temporary basis.
