Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance Executive who is meticulous, proactive, and eager to contribute to our fast-paced, innovative environment. This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of accounting functions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting, while also providing opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Professional Degree in Accounting.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Able to read and write Mandarin is a MUST as this incumbent requires to communicate with people from Taiwan and China.
- 4 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Good knowledge of accounting & internal controls requirements.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a challenging fast paced environment.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, meticulous, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
- Proven working experience as Senior Finance Executive.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Experience with US GAAP is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.Assist in the implementation and enforcement of accounting procedures.Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policies.Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports.To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.Liaise with agencies on audit tax & company secretarial matter.To prepare and submit management report within datelines.Responsible for Finance operational matters & supervision of junior Finance staff.#J-18808-Ljbffr
