Data Entry Associate

Job descriptionDiploma or Degree holder, preferably fresh graduates who can start immediately. Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written). Excellent typing speed and accuracy; able to complete a simple typing / keyboard test. High attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week and comfortable with regular overtime. Willing to work fully in-office.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for pension-related records.
- Ensure information is updated and maintained in the system with high attention to detail.
- Conduct data checks to minimize errors and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the team lead or manager.
