Good composure and excellent problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Job Description
- Engage in debt-related conversations with customers and formulate a customized repayment strategy to facilitate settling outstanding balances.
- Manage customers’ repayment obligations and motivate timely repayments through outbound collections & recovery calls.
- Proactively achieve / exceed assigned targets while complying with collections methodologies and policies by the company and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as the focal point for customer enquiries relating to repayment on overdue accounts.
