A growing international kitchenware brand is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join the team in Malaysia. We're on a mission to inspire a love of cooking through beautiful, high-quality, multifunctional cookware that’s designed to last. We’re looking for someone who’s creative, eager to learn, and passionate about content, community building, and digital marketing. Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and collaborate on creative content and campaign ideas aligned with the marketing calendar and business goals
- Design visual content and promotional creatives for social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, etc.)
- Stay on top of social and content trends, always exploring what works, what doesn’t, and what’s next
- Understand customer perspectives and turn their challenges into engaging, helpful content showcasing the brand's products and services
- Monitor and report on content performance across both organic and paid digital channels
- Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide customer and community support through email, social media, and chat, ensuring fast and thoughtful responses
- Assist in growing our affiliate marketing program with chefs, influencers, restaurants, and more
- Collaborate with SEO and UX teams to enhance search visibility and improve site conversion rates
Requirements
2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing and / or social mediaFluent in Mandarin (required)Strong content creation skills across both paid and organic mediaSolid understanding of current social platforms, digital design trends, and pop cultureExcellent communication skills and awareness of emerging industry trendsStrong copywriting ability with consistency in tone and brand personalityAbility to create engaging, relatable content for targeted audiencesHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyComfortable working independently and collaborativelyStrong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesOpen to feedback and willing to iterate on content and strategyFamiliarity with Canva and / or Adobe Creative Suite#J-18808-Ljbffr
